Ethical and whistleblowing notification information

OTP Bank Plc. operates an internal abuse reporting system (Reporting System) under the scope of Act XXV of 2023 on Complaints, Whistleblowing and the Rules for Reporting Abuse (Whistleblowing Act).

The purpose of the Whistleblowing System is to provide Reporters with the opportunity to report legal violations or violations of the OTP Group's Code of Ethics, as well as abuses in accordance with the Whistleblowing Act. In the Reporting System, you can report information about illegal or presumed illegal acts or omissions, as well as other abuses.

Whistleblowing can be made

via the whistleblowing interface

If the notifier has chosen the online whistleblowing interface, he/she can decide whether to make a group-level whistleblowing, which will be submitted to OTP Bank Plc. Compliance Board or to the subsidiary selected from the list available on the interface. You should choose a group-level whistleblowing only, if your Report relates to OTP Bank Plc or to a member of the OTP Group but you wish to report to the Group Management Entity. The group-level whistleblowing  is submitted to OTP Bank Plc. Compliance Directorate of the OTP Bank Group, and a report made to an OTP Group member selected from the list will be received by the area of the subsidiary responsible for investigating the report.
