Environmental & social complaint
At OTP Group, sustainability is an integral part of our business activities and decision-making processes. We are committed to identifying, assessing, and managing environmental and social risks and impacts associated with our operations and financing activities.
We believe that responsible banking contributes to sustainable economic development by supporting business opportunities while safeguarding people, communities, and the environment. Alongside financial considerations, environmental, social, ethical, and governance factors are integrated into our business decisions, business development activities, and operational practices.
As part of this commitment, OTP Group promotes transparent dialogue with stakeholders who may be affected by the projects and programmes we finance. We provide an Environmental and Social Grievance Mechanism through which concerns, questions, or complaints may be raised and addressed.
