Share structure

In 2007 the law on abolishing the voting preference share of the State (“golden share”) came into effect. Consequently, the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association on the voting preference shares ceased to exist, thus 1 preference voting share with a face value of HUF 1,000 was transformed into 10 ordinary shares with a face value of HUF 100 each.
