Euromoney: OTP Group's Corporate banking business awarded

In 2022, OTP Group was recognised in six markets in Euromoney's newly created Market Leader category, that compares – among other business areas – Corporate business lines of banks.

For the first time in its history, Euromoney awarded the participating banks for their Corporate businesses, making OTP Group's subsidiary banks the best Corporate bank in six markets (Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro and Moldova). Each year, the jury of experts awards the banks with the most outstanding service delivery, which are determined through the evaluation of detailed application materials, in-depth interviews and historical market data.

For OTP Group, becoming the most important financial services provider in Central and Eastern Europe is a strategic goal, and as a universal bank, it is essential that Corporate business plays an increasingly important role. Euromoney’s awards are a significant positive confirmation of this ambition.

Euromoney magazine was launched in 1969 to showcase the emergence of international cross-border capital markets. The magazine carries out more than twenty research and competition projects a year and awards prizes based on these, which are among the most prestigious professional awards in the banking sector.
